Dexus Wholesale Property Fund (“DWPF” or “the Fund”) today announced it has reached conditional agreement for the sale of Deepwater Plaza in Woy Woy for $112 million. Deepwater Plaza sold by Simon Rooney, CBRE’s Head of Retail Capital Markets – Pacific.
