EG’s Australian Core Enhanced Fund has acquired a half stake in Brisbane’s Grand Plaza Shopping Centre. CBRE’s Head of Retail Capital Markets – Pacific, Simon Rooney, exclusively negotiated the transaction on behalf of US investment manager Invesco.
