ICWA leases 6,700sq m at Capital Square Two Perth - Knight Frank
The Insurance Commission of WA (ICWA) has leased 6,700sqm of office space. Knight Frank agents Ian Edwards and Greg McAlpine introduced ICWA to the building, which subsequently took a ten-year lease. ICWA was represented by Mark Stott from Propertysolve.
Knight Frank has restructured its WA Office Leasing team, with Rick McKenzie being promoted to Partner, Head of Office Leasing. Ian Edwards, Greg McAlpine and Jeremy Robotham will continue on in the team as Partners, Office Leasing.
