Stonebridge Property Group have exclusively transacted Woolworths Curlewis Shopping Centre sold for just over $20,000,000 to a first-time investor by Justin Dowers and Kevin Tong off-market with the purchaser being sourced by Stonebridge’s Asia Practice divison.
