Sydney investors buy up regional Victorian neighbourhood shopping centres negotiated by JLL
Eastwood Village Shopping Centre in Bairnsdale and West Place Shopping Centre in Churchill sold separately to Sydney based investors for a combined value of approximately $30,000,000 by JLL Retail Investments team of Tom Noonan and Stuart Taylor.
