Childcare Centre sold

Burgess Rawson’s Beau Coulter, Natalie Couper and Andrew Havig in conjunction with Craig Inkster of McGees Property have announced the sale of Zuccoli Early Learners at 17 Ginger Street Zuccoli Darwin Northern Territory sold for $6.6 million.

Harmony Early Learning located in Bahrs Scrub, sold to a Brisbane-based investor for $6.51 million through CBRE agent Harrison Coburn.
