Scentre Group and Barrenjoey have expanded their shopping centre funds management by acquiring a half stake in Adelaide’s Westfield West Lakes, negotiated by CBRE’s Head of Retail Capital Markets Pacific, Simon Rooney on behalf of the Dexus Wholesale Property Fund (DWPF).
