Community employment and training group, JobCo, has leased a standalone two-level office building at 366 Nicholson Street Fitzroy for a new head office.
Employment and training group Jobco has chosen Fitzroy as the location of its new head office, leasing a standalone two-level office building at 366 Nicholson Street.
Gray Johnson agent Rory White negotiated a new four-year lease for the 431 square metre building, with a further four-year option available.
JobCo will pay an annual rental of $105,000 net plus GST with fixed annual reviews at 3.5 per cent for the building, which is located south of Alexandra Parade.

Mr White said the lease was dated from 1 August with rental payable from 1 October.
“This building, which comprises a ground floor of 212 square metres and a first level of 219 square metres, has a strong fit-out in place with seven offices and two meeting rooms, all of which come fully airconditioned," he said.
“The fit-out dates to the previous tenant textile group Gloweave, who had vacated earlier.
“There is also a large fenced car park at the rear of the privately-owned building, which will provide JobCo with eight on-site car spaces”.
Founded over twenty years ago as a dedicated employment assistance and support service for people with mental health issues, JobCo has since expanded to provide a wide range of community and vocational support services, while also becoming registered training organisation.
JobCo has some sixteen offices in the suburbs of Melbourne.
