The latest research from Richmond Cityscope shows property sales value for the suburb has increased throughout the past three months.
According to the data, sales recorded in the three months to August 2019 totalled $17.4 million, an increase from the $13.9 million recorded in the three months to May 2019 and decrease from the $18.7 million recorded to February 2019.
This data brings the 12-month total to $145.3 million, a decrease from the $330.2 million recorded for the same time last year.
Notable sales in the August 2019 update of Richmond Cityscope include:
- 619-623 Bridge Road, Richmond - A two-level former warehouse building used as a showroom and a workshop to the rear on a block of 415 sqm, which was sold for $4.4 million;
- 94 Balmain Street, Cremorne- A single-storey brick commercial/industrial building on a 236 sqm block, which was sold for approximately $3.2 million and
- 365 Bridge Road, Richmond -A single-level brick retail building with parking for 1 car on rear paved land and roller door access to the road, which was sold for $2.185 million.
