Northbuild Construction is now operating from a modern office and warehouse facility at T1, 803 Greenwattle Street, Glenvale to accommodate their expanding business model.

The property's anchor tenancy was leased by Craig Bradley of Ray White Commercial Toowoomba.

The site also houses long-term business operation Higgins Toowoomba Insulation and features another 408 sqm of high-bay warehousing which is available for lease.

Mr Bradley said Northbuild Construction’s Regional Manager Andrew Civil made the decision to relocate after eight years to cater for their employees, clients, trades and suppliers on a larger premises which included warehousing, storage yard & ample parking.

Northbuild Construction is known for the construction of the new Glen McCracken Sports Centre at Toowoomba Grammar School, taking home this year’s Master Builders Downs & Western 2019 Project of the Year & Sporting Facilities awards.

The build was one of the largest projects the school had seen in its 144-year history and the largest undertaken by Northbuild in the past 8 years.
