CBRE has been appointed to provide property management services for Southport’s landmark Seabank Business Centre on behalf of STRADA Office Fund.
CBRE’s Gold Coast Managing Director Mark Witheriff noted; “This is a signature appointment for our Gold Coast Property Management business, supported by an expansion of the team, with Seabank’s previous property manager Nyree Lawson having joined CBRE.”
The appointment will involve CBRE delivering a full service offering of management and leasing to the A-grade building, with leasing services to be undertaken by Tania Moore and Nick Selbie.
The transition to CBRE also coincides with Stage 2 of the refurbishment works at Seabank.
STRADA Office Fund Managing Director Scott Barlow said; “We are committed to the ongoing upgrade of the Seabank Business Centre as the premier commercial building in the Southport market. We will be releasing plans on the proposed works in the coming weeks with the works program expected to commence in Q4 2020.”
Mr Witheriff said STRADA Office Fund’s commitment to the continual improvement of the Seabank Business Centre was in line with the fund’s strategic plan to invest in, and deliver, Southport’s premier office accommodation.
