The CBRE Melbourne Retail Leasing Team has recently concluded two deals at 150 Collins Street, Melbourne, along the Little Collins Street boulevard of the site. The high quality site is owned by The GPT Group.
CBRE concluded the two deals with Melbourne based coffee roaster group, Undercover Roasters, who will be opening a full line café as well as a grab and go space, named Bijoux.
The retail space, which was once home to fashion and apparel labels will now be activated with funky food and beverage offerings, which will bring amenity to the office occupiers above and surrounding the site.
CBRE’s Jason Orenbuch said: “Our team has repositioned four of the Little Collins Street retail spaces into fresh concepts, which has brought activity back to the streetscape.
“CBD retail is coming back to life, as we are now seeing enquiry numbers increasing and offers being put forward on city spaces”, Mr Orenbuch mentioned.
With the welcoming back of office occupiers to the CBD, the buzz is returning, which is fuelling retail confidence.
