The centre is poised to launch in just over 1 weeks’ time and follows the recent success of a rooftop leasing campaign in Melbourne’s Moonee Ponds.
The current operator, Melbourne City Mission (MCM), operates two Early Learning Centers (ELCs) plans to exit the sector as they continue to focus more on services into creating new possibilities for children, young people and adults experiencing disadvantage, including homelessness, family violence, and mental health.
This shift is part of their service portfolio adjustment.
Hartnett House Children’s Centre has been in high demand, reflecting its strategic location and offering.
A longstanding and heritage-listed facility with a history spanning 100+ years, it has been well maintained with existing improvements dedicated to early learning and supplementary office plus staff spaces.
