The sale of 61 Petrie Terrace has been settled in an off-market transaction from Challenger Financial Services to Fortius Funds Management.
The site of the former Petrie Police Barracks in Queensland has been sold for $162.31 million to Fortius Funds Management.
Comprising of five separate, integrated buildings, the site has a total lettable area of 19,509 square metres, as well as a four level, 471 space basement car park.
The sale of the mixed-use development was settled in an off-market transaction on January 31.

It was previously owned by Challenger Financial Services, which was represented in the sale by Colliers International.
