CBRE has appointed property professional Zoe Ferrari as the Managing Director of its Canberra business.
Property professional Zoe Ferrari is on the fast track to success at CBRE, appointed Managing Director of the firm's Canberra office.
Ms Ferrari commenced her property career with the agency in Sydney more than 15 years ago, before relocating to Canberra in 2010, where she worked in both the agency market and in delivering major fitout projects.
She re-joined CBRE in 2016 to lead the Canberra A&T - Office Leasing division.
Ms Ferrari told WILLIAMS MEDIA she was honoured to have the chance to strengthen the Canberra business.
"It’s a big role but I am passionate about people and leadership," she said.

Ms Ferrari's appointment coincides with that Emma Forster Mitrovski to head of Pacific Global Workplace Solutions, a department Mr Jenkins said would be "instrumental" in the growth of CBRE's government and corporate client base.
Leveraging her extensive experience in delivering integrated property and facilities management services to the public and government sector, Emma will strengthen our capabilities in the areas of Facilities Management, Project Management, Transaction Services & Advisory, Property Portfolio Management, Occupier Consultancy, Integrated Outsourcing Services and Tenant Representation.”
