Mr Parker said the owners, who operate a cafe at the site, were looking for someone to take over the head lease and be responsible for the casual booking of the facilities.

"The owners do lease it out on a casual basis to organisations such as the RSL and the Australian Army, as well as a variety of agricultural groups who hold conferences there," he said.

"It has also been used to accommodate the workers of one of the big solar farm projects.

"The owners initially bought the agricultural college for the attached farmland and shed, but now want to sell or lease the educational side of the campus."
