Knight Frank has bolstered its private client offering by expanding its Private Office to Australia.
Knight Frank Private Office has launched in Australia, with the high-net-worth client offering to be based out of Sydney.
The newly formed Private Office, led by joint national partners Sarah Harding and Kymbal Dunne, will offer a fully-integrated residential and commercial real estate advisory team, which will advise and transact for high-net-worth clients, family offices and their advisers.
Partner and CEO of Knight Frank Australia Rod Leaver said the launch came in response a growing demand from high-net-worth individuals across Australia
"Knight Frank is entirely focussed on ensuring our clients receive the best possible service and through the creation of the Private Office in Australia," he said.
"We will continue to strengthen our professional relationships and be recognised as a trusted, long-term partner.”
The new Australian Private Office follows the introduction of the concept in the UK last year.
Mr Dunne said the launch of the Private Office in Australia sets Knight Frank apart from competitors.
"Not only will clients have access to a single point of contact within Knight Frank, benefit from a bespoke and personalised service and have access to the Knight Frank's global network of property specialists, but through our market-leading global research platform, we provide the very best market intelligence which enables us to advise and guide clients fully as they acquire and dispose of their real estate investments," he said.
