Mr Wilkinson, a Deakin University alumnus with a Bachelor of Business in Property and Project Management, previously served at Devine Property Hobart. His portfolio includes transactions such as various development sites and mixed-use tenanted investments.

This appointment comes as Tasmania's economy continues to grow, with the state's Gross State Product reaching a record $40.6 billion, reflecting a 1.4 per cent increase over the past financial year.
