Workplace relations specialist Employsure has leased 800 square metres on level one of the property for six years in a deal negotiated by Knight Frank’s Mark McCann and Campbell Tait.
The company will join the likes AMP, CBA, Origin and Tabcorp as tenants of the building, some of which have signed leases for up to 17 years.
Daisho Portfolio Manager Belinda Kalinin said Daisho was delighted to be welcoming Employsure to 180 Brisbane.
“Their commitment is further testament to the message which we have consistently received from our tenant partners regarding the intrinsic value of well-designed and managed quality office accommodation,” she said.
“We are very pleased to have achieved 100 per cent leased with a WALE of over 12 years, and are looking forward to continuing to work with all our tenant partners to ensure their expectations continue to be met and exceeded.”
Mr McCann said Daisho had delivered an outstanding office development at 180 Ann Street.
“The corporate profile of 180 Ann Street is a testament to the exceptional standard of finishes, innovation and specifications that Daisho has delivered and incorporated into the design,” he said.
“To achieve 100 per cent leased to some of Australia’s top ASX listed companies on lease tenures beyond the market norm is again testament to the confidence these occupiers have in what Daisho has delivered at 180 Ann Street for the long term.
“It is a landmark building that has transformed the Ann and Turbot Street precinct.”
Space in 180 Ann Street was marketed by both Knight Frank and Colliers since the building reached practical completion in the last quarter of 2015.
