A newly formed custom-made benchtop provider has secured the lease for a factory warehouse in the Currumbin Waters industrial precinct.
A factory warehouse in the Currumbin Waters industrial precinct has been confirmed as the home of newly established company Dream Benchtops.
Partners of the custom-made benchtop provider, Aaron Roach secured the lease of 17 Wheeler Crescent Currumbin through Ray White Commercial GC South.
The free-standing factory comprises a factory warehouse of about 602 square metres, as well as an air-conditioned office and about 500 square metres of gated hardstand.

Ray White Commercial GC South agents Greg Watson, Tara Imlach and Darren Jones (NSW specialist) negotiated a lease of $69,600 pa net + outs + GST starting from August 1.
Ms Imlach said "Aaron has a long tenure in the industry, and part-owner of a well known leading stone and benchtop company. He is enthused to see the plan come to fruition and securing the right property was the first step."

Since occupying the property and publicly announcing the new company Aaron contributed sponsorship under the new company name to local charity event Camp Quality.
The landlords left a testimonial to their agents saying Ray White Commercial GC South "was extremely considerate and thoughtful during the process" and their agents were truly professional.
They added the agents have "good knowledge of the leasing process"
