101 Collins Street has entered a partnership with former Olympian Steph Prem to incorporate new fitness studio
Commercial tower 101 Collins Street has announced a strategic partnership with Studio PP – the fitness empire founded by former Olympian Steph Prem - to deliver a full-service on-site wellness centre.
Designed exclusively for 101 Collins Street’s occupants, RISE by Studio PP will offer a holistic approach to health, fitness and wellness led by a hand-picked team of trainers.
The facility occupies a 360 square metre space and will offer classes across a range of disciplines including boxing, barre, hot yoga, Pilates, mobility and meditation.

Estimated to be worth $50 billion globally and continuing to rise, the corporate wellness industry is booming as major companies around the world start to better understand the link between physical and mental health and productivity.
RISE by Studio PP follows the completion of the 101 Collins Street’s multi-million-dollar End of Trip upgrade last year, which offers a resort-style spa and hotel experience for tenants, now widely regarded as a global benchmark.
The partnership represents the next stage of AXA IM-Real Assets’ ambitious plan to deliver a world class health and wellness offering for the tower’s tenants.

Brett Dillon, Head of Funds Management at AXA IM-Real Assets, said the decision to launch a market-leading health facility stemmed from the growing demand for work-life integration.
“101 Collins Street has continually set industry benchmarks for more than 30 years,” Dillon said.
“RISE by Studio PP is the next iteration of this commitment.
“By delivering this market-leading facility, we are helping our tenants remain at the forefront of workplace health and wellness. It’s a benefit to their employees and hopefully, their bottom lines through lower absenteeism and improved staff retention.”
The founder of Studio PP, Steph Prem, already trains some of Australia’s leading CEOs and corporate teams.
Designed by Australian architects Gray Puksand, the facility is expected to be completed in October this year.
