CBRE is set to have strong representation at the 2020 REIA Awards held in Darwin next April after winning five categories at the REIV Awards for Excellence last week. 

In addition to securing the coveted Commercial Agency of the Year title, Todd Grima was named Commercial Salesperson of the Year, David Hollingsworth took out the newly introduced Commercial Valuer of the Year category, and Kimberley Patterson secured the REIV’s Achievement Award.

CBRE also won the hotly contested Commercial & Industrial Gold Award for Overall Excellence.

CBRE Executive Managing Director, Victoria, Dean Hunt, attributed the firm’s success at the REIV awards to the outstanding efforts and teamwork of all staff across the Victorian business.

“Securing the REIV Commercial Agency and C&I Gold awards is a testament to the strength of our Victorian business and the team’s commitment to consistently delivering outstanding service and results for our customers,” he said.

It's not the first time this year the agency has been recognised at a state level, with Retail Investments Director Richard Cash named Commercial Salesperson of the Year at the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia Awards for Excellence, while former Retail Services Senior Manager Rudi Scutti was awarded the same title at the Real Estate Institute of Queensland Awards held earlier in the year.
