There was steady growth in Dubbo's commercial office market throughout last month, according to Herron Todd White.

The property valuation and advisory company assessed the town's performance as part of its September 2019 Month in Review, which identifies the latest movements and trends for property markets across Australia.

In the report, Dubbo is described as having a shortage of available office rentals relative to demand, while the volume of sales is categorised as 'Peak of the Market'.

Herron Todd White also highlights the prominent role of redevelopment in the area throughout August.

"In Dubbo, a number of sites have been procured for redevelopment for intended office or mixed use," the report says.
