Leading commercial property specialist Brian Neo has embarked on a new phase of his career, announced as a partner in LJ Hooker Commercial’s expanding Perth business.

Mr Neo, who’s facilitated many of city fringe and suburban Perth’s premium sales, joins the agency’s founding principal and industry veteran Vincent Siciliano in leading the full-service property team.

Little more than a year after joining the agency, Mr Neo was ranked within the international LJ Hooker Group’s top 7 per cent of sales and leasing specialists.

He said Perth’s sub-$50 million market had recorded green shoots of activity from local and foreign investors.

"After conducting several public sales campaigns, we have managed to build our database of local, national and international clients which puts our agency in a strong position to cater for all property requirements," he said.

Mr Siciliano welcomed Mr Neo’s decision to partner in the business.

The Fini Group appointed Mr Neo to market specialist medical  suites in their Murdoch Health and Knowledge Precinct Development and Finbar to market their commercial office suites in South Perth.
