A centrally located Toowoomba office building has been bought by a local investor in a deal negotiated by Geoff Percy Ray White Commercial Toowoomba.
A local investor has pledged to revamp a Toowoomba office building after purchasing it for $1.45 million.
Situated at 1/109 Herries Street in East Toowoomba, the modern office building incorporates five separate tenancies and has a nett lettable area of 350 square metres.
Features include under cover, open air and disabled car parking provisions, common kitchen and toilets on level one, and a separate toilet on the ground floor.
The property has a land area of 1,096 square metres and a building area of 459 square metres.
Selling agent Geoff Percy, of Ray White Commercial Toowoomba, said both the vendor and buyer were "very happy" with the final result.
"We had a lot of interest from outside of Toowoomba, but in the end, it was a local investor who snapped it up because they knew the location," he said.
"They have said they are going to put some money back into it to give it a bit of a revamp."
