CBRE has announced the appointment of Andrew Carlton and Campbell Tait as Senior Directors to its Queensland Office Leasing team.
CBRE has bolstered its Queensland office leasing offering with two new appointments.
Andrew Carlton and Campbell Tait return to CBRE as Senior Directors, following an eight-year hiatus.
The pair, who have 40-years of industry experience between them, will be based in Brisbane for their new roles.
Specialising in metropolitan office leasing, Mr Carlton has been involved in a significant number of new construction developments over the past decade and has been responsible for completing transactions with Flight Centre, Downer Group and CBP Contractors.

Mr Tait has a background in CBD office leasing and is widely regarded as in industry leader in introducing on and off-market major leasing transactions.
His recent deals include the pre-commitment of RIO Tinto to Midtown Centre, State Government to AM60 and Commonwealth Bank to 180 Ann Street.
