A new jewellery company has secured a presence in the Burleigh Heads industrial precinct after leasing an office/workshop through Tara Imlach and Greg Watson Ray White Commercial GC South.

Cort Jewellery has chosen Burleigh's industrial precinct to expand its offering, securing the lease for an office/workshop in the commercial section of the suburb.
Situated just metres to the M1 Motorway, 1B/38 Hutchinson Street comprises 99 square metres of open plan office space with two additional private offices.
Features include air conditioning, high ceilings, and excellent exposure with signage opportunities, as well as proximity to cafes and retail offerings.
The company signed a two-year lease with two two-year options to extend with 3 per cent annual increases.
