Savills Australia has appointed Jane Lothian as State Director - WA Head of Asset Management, based in its Perth office.
Savills Western Australia has welcomed more than two decades of experience to its Asset Management team with the appointment of Jane Lothian as State Director.
Ms Lothian joins the agency from CBRE, where she was General Manager of its Cloisters branch, supervising all aspects of property and facility management of a high quality asset.
She has also held senior management roles with JLL and Knight Frank.
Having started her new role on February 3, Ms Lothian told WILLIAMS MEDIA she had hit the ground running with her team.
"There's a lot to do but I've got a really solid group of people around me," she said.
"It's a pretty competitive market here at the moment, but I'm looking at growing the portfolio as much as I can."
Graham Postma, Managing Director of Savills WA, said the appointment would further strengthen the WA Asset Management offering and help ensure maximum return on investment for client assets
"Her strength and knowledge in the general commercial market, managing assets, developing teams,, risk management, operational and lease compliance and will be a huge asset to our local and national team,” he said.
