CBRE Victoria has topped the commercial category at the REIA Awards announced on Wednesday, with the agency also well represented in the individual fields.

The Senior Manager of Office Leasing for CBRE Victoria, Kimberley Paterson, won the Achievement Award for 2020 to go with the business's Commercial Agency of the Year Award.

• Commercial Salesperson of the Year - Guy Randall (Burgess Rawson ACT)

Ms Paterson told WILLIAMS MEDIA said there had been no shortage of highlights across the last year.

"Following my transition from Research into CBD Office Leasing, I have enjoyed a successful past 12 months –  both professionally and personally – especially in light of the highly competitive market conditions," she said.

"I am very proud to have won a national award at this level and am honoured to work alongside a diverse range of amazing clients, and to have the support of my team at CBRE."

Helen Storey from CBRE’s NSW business was also successful in the Commercial Property Manager of the Year division, which recognises the most outstanding practitioners in the real estate profession.

Phil Rowland, CEO of CBRE's Pacific Advisory Services business, attributed the company’s long-running success at the REIA awards to the outstanding efforts of all staff in continuing to deliver the highest levels of service for CBRE clients.

“Particularly at this time, we are proud to see the talent of our people and our commitment to delivering outstanding service and superior results for our clients reflected in these industry accolades,” he said.

CBRE Victoria’s Todd Grima was also a finalist for the national Commercial Salesperson of the Year award.

Due to the measures currently in place surrounding  COVID-19, the National Awards that were scheduled to be held in Darwin on 2 April 2020 were cancelled.
