LJ Hooker Commercial Perth Director/Principal Brian Neo has negotiated two healthy medical sales in recent weeks, overseeing transactions for 59 Hamersley Road and 43 Richardson Street with Senior Negotiator Jack Bradshaw.
The health industry has featured prominently in a couple of strong deals negotiated by LJ Hooker Commercial Perth across the past month.
The agency negotiated the sale of a dental clinic at 59 Hamersley Road, Subiaco for $2.6 million, while also overseeing the off-market transaction of 43 Richardson St to a medical specialist for $1.85 million.
Situated on the outskirts of Perth's CBD, 59 Hamersley Road is positioned on 973 sqm of land and is leased to Bupa Dental at $155,000 per annum on a 10-year agreement with two five year options.

"We launched the property to market and had three strong offers to purchase within six days," he said.
“The property was also one of the most viewed property in Western Australia on one of the real estate portals where it was featured.
Mr Neo was also involved in the sale of 43 Richardson Street, which he negotiated with LJ Hooker Commercial Perth medical specialist Jack Bradshaw.
Comprising a land area of 741 square metres, the property was previously sold two years ago.
Mr Bradshaw the new purchaser was in the women's health industry and had a business model that was "perfectly suited" to the site.
