Australian lifestyle brand Moana Bikini has purchased a strata office 2/51 Township Drive in a deal negotiated by Aaron Neylan and Darren Jones REAL Specialists Commercial.
Australian swimwear brand Moana Bikini has locked in a new permanent home at Burleigh Heads after purchasing a strata office on Township Drive for $575,000.
Comprising a nett lettable area of 292 square metres, 2/51 Township Drive includes an air-conditioned mezzanine office and reception area.

The property is positioned just off the M1 Motorway close to major arterial routes.
The deal was negotiated by Aaron Neylan and Darren Jones from REAL Specialists Commercial.

Mr Neylan told WILLIAMS MEDIA the new owner had big plans for the property.
"Moana wanted to stay in Burleigh because that's where the brand originated, so this was the next logical step for them," he said.
"They have said they want this to be their own version of the Google headquarter, so I think they are planning to make some pretty significant changes to the interior."
