Ray White Commercial Western Sydney has announced the appointment of Alan James as Director of Commercial Leasing.
Ray White Western Sydney continues to grow its presence in the office sector with the appointment of Alan James as Director of Commercial Leasing.
Mr James, who carries 15 years of leasing experience both in Australia and internationally, said he had big aspirations for the business.
“With the continued development of the Parramatta office market as Sydney's second CBD, which will reach one million square metres by 2022, there's great growth potential for this enterprising business," he said.

“Other commercial markets also set to grow in importance include Liverpool, Penrith and Norwest, and there's the ability for this office to grow with them.
“My plans are to elevate the Ray White Commercial presence in the commercial office leasing markets across Western Sydney."
Having already become acquainted with the results of the office, Mr James said the business had the potential to be "one of the top three office leasing teams in Parramatta and Western Sydney".
“Although a small team, I've always been impressed by the Ray White Commercial Western Sydney presence in the market, as well as the strong results they've delivered," he said.
“I know there's a desire to grow the business across Western Sydney and I'm looking to play a strong part in that success over the next five to 10 years, and beyond.
“With a passion for client relationships and a desire to deliver strong results, this will take the team a long way.”
Ray White Commercial Western Sydney Principal Peter Vines said he was delighted to have someone of Mr James’s calibre join the team.
“He’s one one of the leading commercial leasing operators in Western Sydney and will add a significant amount of value to our clients, via our existing commercial leasing business, and also our asset management business,” he said.
“We have an enormous belief in what Ray White Commercial can offer as an alternative for Western Sydney Commercial owners and we will continue to expand the team to cater for them and deliver exceptional results.”
