Knight Frank has appointed former AMP Capital Head of Office Investment Management, Andrea Roberts as its new National Head of Leasing.
Ms Roberts has more than 25 years of experience working in the commercial real estate industry, having held roles in asset and portfolio management, investor relations and investment management.

At a glance:
“Demand for office space always changes according to economic circumstances, but there will always be demand for office space and the need for a physical office," she said.
"We are entering an exciting time which will result in the next evolution of workspace coming out of the experiences we’ve endured during this pandemic.
“So far the activity we have seen on the ground has been at the smaller end of the market, for 500 sqm and under, enquiry in the metropolitan markets in Sydney and Brisbane and an increasing sublease stock level particularly."
