CBRE’s Brisbane Managing Director and Head of Office Leasing for Queensland, Chris Butters, said the building had attracted strong customer interest already.
“As the only new supply to be offered in Brisbane’s CBD office market this year, we’ve received considerable interest from customers looking to take advantage of the offering and position themselves in Brisbane’s coveted Golden Triangle precinct,” he said.
There is strong interest in four other floors, with preliminary negotiations currently underway with a number of new tenants. Three fully fitted modern workplaces on the first two levels, ranging in size from 233sqm – 625sqm are also available.

"The building offers the next evolution of workplace design, providing engaging internal spaces supported by a strong outdoor connection with a vibrant food and beverage precinct," he said.
