A pair of commercial buildings within Qantas Airways' Sydney Headquarters are available for lease through Michael Crombie and Neil Murray of Colliers International.
Up to 20,000 square metres of space across two standalone buildings is available for sub-lease at the headquarters of Qantas Airways in Mascot, Sydney,
Situated at 10 Bourke Road, the buildings have a recently completed and quality fit-out in place, featuring open plan workstations, meeting rooms, collaboration and breakout areas.
There is 14,690 square metres of office space across six levels available in one building, with the ability to lease each floor separately, while 5,036 square metres of space is for lease in the other building across two levels, which will be leased in one line.
At a glance:
Michael Crombie and Neil Murray of Colliers International have been appointed to sub-lease the space, which represents two of the four buildings housing Qantas staff, with the airline retaining the head lease for another 12 years.
Mr Crombie said he expected the "competitive" rent to be a selling point, given the quality of the fit-out.
“These are two of the best buildings in Mascot, occupied and recently refurbished to a very high standard for one of Australia’s leading companies, and are now being offered at highly competitive rates of around $450 per sqm gross effective rent,” he said.

“We are seeing an increasing number of Sydney CBD and fringe tenants looking at South Sydney as a great alternative, due to the access to rail and amenities.
"However, we think the rent will be the major selling point, especially when occupiers see the quality of this fit out."
Situated 270 metres from Mascot railway station, 10 Bourke Road is around 300 metres from other local amenities including Woolworths and other retail offerings.
In addition to the Sydney properties, Colliers has appointed to market two other interstate locations including 2,000 square metres of space at Level 8, 333 Collins Street.
This move presents an opportunity for a new tenant to take up fitted space in prestigious Collins Street, Melbourne.
The third space available is half of the Qantas Premium Contact Centre in Hobart around 1,500 square metres.
This space represents an opportunity for an organisation to commence a call centre style of operation at a reduced start-up cost and a very attractive rental.
