Established Gold Coast commercial property agents Lachlan Marshall and Jared Johnson have been welcomed as Directors of a new joint venture with residential business Harcourts Coastal.
Gold Coast property agency Harcourts Coastal has hit the ground running with its newly announced commercial division, appointing experienced agents Lachlan Marshall and Jared Johnson as Directors of the venture.
The award-winning pair has spent the past five years operating out of Surfers Paradise, where they were recognised multiple times for their contributions.

Harcourts Coastal Managing Director, Dane Atherton, said he expected the addition of Mr Marshall and Mr Johnson to bring a new level of energy and marketing to the commercial space.
“Jared and Lachlan have created a formidable business in their time in the industry through their new-age approach to the commercial sector," he said.

As part of the move, both Mr Marshall and Mr Johnson will become equity partners in Harcourts Coastal Commercial.
The latter told WILLIAMS MEDIA it was an "incredibly exciting" opportunity.
"Throughout my time in the industry, I have had strong ambitions to a be a business owner," he said.
"I now have the chance to develop a commercial business alongside Harcourts Coastal, who sell $800 million dollars’ worth of residential property every year.
Mr Marshall said Harcourts Coastal Commercial would aim to change the face of commercial property on the Gold Coast.
"I look forward to growing people within our team and helping them become top of their game," he said.
