Realmark Commercial has updated its leadership team with the addition of Retail and Hospitality Director Michael Richardson, Industrial and Logistics Director Wayne Chorley, and Office and Medical Consulting Director Andrew Clements.

John Percudani, Managing Director and founder of Realmark, said while many businesses were scaling down, he believed it was time to promote professional skill, expertise and experience.

Mr Richardson joined Realmark in February and has over 13 years’ experience consulting across agency and listed property trusts, including facilitating key rollouts for major development centres around Australia.

Mr Chorley has acted on a vast range of high-profile transactions and has extensive experience in advising large institutional investors, to SMSFs, to independent investors.

Having spent over 20 years in industrial real estate, and a long history in various state management roles, his competitive nature has seen him continuously achieve the best transaction possible for his clients which is always underpinned with professionalism and experience. 

Mr Clements is a passionate athlete whose previous roles include Managing Director of a Victorian commercial agency and Property Analyst and Sales & Leasing Executive with a WA-based commercial agency.  

The trio joins Realmark Commercial Agency Director, Mike Rowe, and Realmark Commercial Property Management Team Manager, Christine Izydorski as part of the leadership group.
