The Perth suburb of Malaga is proving popular among national retailers, with Petbarn and Barbeques Galore securing space within the same address on Exhibition Drive.

The pet supply chain signed a seven-year lease for Tenancy 1B, 35 Exhibition Drive at terms of $134,266.00 plus outgoings, plus GST.

The property comprises 789.8 square metres and comes with full exposure to Beach Road.

They will be joined at the centre by Barbeques Galore, which signed a five-year deal for Tenancy 2 at the site, following the closure of their Morley Store last year.

The lease, which began last month, was negotiated at terms of $108,000 p.a plus outgoings, plus GST.

Both deals were negotiated through Paul Davison of Vend Property.

The property is neighboured by a range of national retailers including Harvey Norman, Officeworks, City Farmers, The Good Guys, Super Cheap Auto, Rugs a Million and JB HI-FI.
