Three shops comprising a total of nearly 150 square metres are for lease within the Dubbo Heath Service precinct via an Expression of Interest campaign being conducted through Daniel Wilson and Andrew McDonald of Andrew McDonald Commercial Dubbo.
A trio of retail spaces is available for lease within the redeveloped Dubbo Hospital precinct.
Comprising 31 m2, 28 m2, and 86 m2, respectively, anticipated uses for the properties include a cafe, florist/gift shop, pharmacy, or other suitable tenants.
NSW Health is in the process of delivering Stages 3 and 4 of the redevelopment, with all construction expected to be completed by 2021.
The total development cost pledged by the state government to date is approximately $270,000,000.

The retail spaces at the Dubbo Hospital precinct are available for lease terms of 3-5 years via an Expressions of Interest campaign closing at 5pm on Thursday, December 17.
