National independent valuer and advisor m3property has secured the services of highly regarded commercial property valuer, Iain Henshaw, to head up its Adelaide office.

Mr Henshaw will take the Managing Director reins from one of South Australia’s best known and widely respected valuations industry veterans, Kym Dreyer.

Mr Henshaw began his career in valuations in the UK before relocating with his family to South Australia. He joins m3property from CBRE with extensive valuation and consultancy experience across a broad range of commercial property sectors.

Mr Dreyer, whose new role will utilise his skills and experience in valuations and client management at a national level, welcomed the appointment.

Mr Henshaw will take up the new post immediately.
