George Burbury and Scott Newton of Knight Frank have announced the unconditional sale of the properties located at 1 Beach Road and 644 Sandy Road, Sandy Bay, Hobart Tasmania. 

The assets attracted strong interest, partly due to being located within blue-chip Sandy Bay and on the main arterial Sandy Bay Road. The properties are spread over two separate titles, comprising a supermarket, a bakery and a two-bedroom residential apartment on the first level.

Throughout the campaign majority of interest was from local value add investors and developers, as well as interstate investors seeking opportunities to place their capital in Tasmania. A number of these groups being new contacts to Knight Frank.
