The newly reborn real-estate agency Stanton Hillier Parker has announced the launch of a South West Sydney office, expanding into the key metro Sydney market following the acquisition of a boutique property management agency that specialises in the South West Sydney corridor.

The expansion includes a team of highly experienced property specialists with a dedicated client base.

The backbone of the South West Sydney office is the asset and property management service offerings, and Stanton Hillier Parker want to continue nurturing and growing these service offerings, in-line with the company’s strategic and brand objectives to offer premium, world-class service to its expanding client base.

Sydney’s South West has become a significant commercial hub in recent years, underpinned by large infrastructure projects in the area, including the Western Sydney Aerotropolis, South Creek West Precinct, Camden Medical Campus, and Sydney Science Park.

“We see South West Sydney as a key market in metro Sydney given the state and federal government infrastructure commitment in the region,” Eugene explained to WILLIAMS MEDIA.
