The Victorian Retail Leasing Team at CBRE have concluded two unconditional leasing transactions at 7 & 9, Railway Place, Fairfield.,
CBRE’s Jason Orenbuch acting on behalf of Wizel Property Group successfully leased both the 92 & 98 sqm spaces to Burgertory and café operator The Bean Smuggler, after the conclusion of a strategic marketing campaign which ran for six weeks. Both operators have note their interest to secure the Railway Place space’s due to the location being opposite Fairfield Train Station as well as the area growing in popularity for middle to high income owners and those in the upper end first home buyer market
‘Since taking this retail space to market, our team have been inundated with enquiry and inspections. We have achieved 10 year initial terms, which is not only showing confidence in the location but the strength in the retail food and beverage market in general’, Mr Orenbuch commented. ‘Our team are fielding calls from local, domestic and international retail operators who are eyeing Melbourne as a prime target to open multiple locations for their well-established businesses’, Mr Orenbuch further mentioned.
