LJ Hooker Commercial Sydney and North Sydney will merge with commercial property agency Stanton Hillier Parker and will rebrand, effective from this month.
Headed up by Managing Director, James Griffith and Senior Directors, Steven Kruyer and Shane Wall; the merger represents the third expansion for Stanton Hillier Parker this year with further expansion opportunities proposed.
“As businesses continue to evolve in this post-COVID world, we want to continue developing our network, technology and reach,” James Griffiths explains to WILLIAMS MEDIA, “Stanton Hillier Parker ticks all the boxes with their forward thinking approach.”
The introduction of the LJ Hooker Commercial Sydney and North Sydney teams, allows Stanton Hillier Parker to establish a Sydney CBD and North Sydney presence to bolster its platform. Furthermore it increases Stanton Hillier Parker’s agency team to approximately 30 personnel operating across three offices in the Metropolitan Sydney area.
Steven Kruyer, said: “There’s a lot to admire and learn and its exciting expanding to this next chapter with Stanton Hillier Parker. It’s refreshing working with a brand that upholds history and integrity within the commercial property market but also allows agents to do what they know best.”
According to Shane Wall, commercial agencies need to adapt to the changing commercial property environment, and be doing things bigger, better, faster, and most importantly smarter to ensure the most up to date marketing strategies and service for our clients.
“Stanton Hillier Parker ticks all the boxes with that. As commercial agents we are focused on the customer experience and ensuring our service levels are premium and unrivalled – Stanton Hillier Parker allows our team to put the clients first, to focus on their transactions so it was a wise step for us in making the switch.”
Stanton Hillier Parker was relaunched in Australia two years ago, with the vision of creating a new agency model on a global platform where operators could work as individuals under a single corporate umbrella.
Stanton Hillier Parker’s Managing Partner, Australia, Eugene Evgenikos told WILLIAMS MEDIA, “Under a globally recognised brand, we offer a truly unique commercial agency model. This model is capable of disrupting the current commercial property agency market, by returning value to the agent previously given to large corporates or franchisors. I’m really excited that James, Steven, Shane and their team recognised the value and opportunity in joining us.”
