The Victorian Retail Leasing Team CBRE agent Jason Orenbuch concluded a deal at 183 Little Collins Street, Melbourne leased on behalf of GPT Group to Female fashion boutique, Lindsay Nicholas New York.

The 36 sqm retail tenancy which fronts Little Collins Street forms part of the landmark 150 Collins Street, Melbourne which is owned by major landlord the GPT Group.

CBRE’s Jason Orenbuch concluded the leasing transaction on behalf on the landlord. Female fashion boutique, Lindsay Nicholas New York will be taking the space expanding from their bustling online business.
