The 36 sqm retail tenancy which fronts Little Collins Street forms part of the landmark 150 Collins Street, Melbourne which is owned by major landlord the GPT Group.
CBRE’s Jason Orenbuch concluded the leasing transaction on behalf on the landlord. Female fashion boutique, Lindsay Nicholas New York will be taking the space expanding from their bustling online business.
