The Victorian Retail Leasing Team CBRE has concluded a leasing deal at 72 Flinders Street, Melbourne, introducing a new dining concept, ELCHI, to the retail space adjacent to 8 Exhibition Street which is owned by Keppel REIT.
CBRE’s Jason Orenbuch concluded the leasing transaction with ELCHI, which will bring an embodiment of timeless India into the prominent space. “Our team was able to achieve a long lease and had a number of high-end groups contend for the space”, Mr Orenbuch commented.
Curry Queen, Manpreet Sekhon, who is behind Geelong Waterfront restaurant, Eastern Spice and Masti, located in Brunswick Street Fitzroy, will be bringing her Timeless Indian fare into their new CBD Flagship restaurant.

And by the time we open, people will have been cooped up for so long, they’ll be looking for new and exciting things, we hope that ELCHI will be embraced by Melbournians as we showcase our vision to create a new experience for great cuisine, and elevate to be a global Indian place”, Manpreet commented.
