Michael Richardson says Realmark Commercial continue to lead the way in the area’s retail scene. Realmark have sold, leased and manage many of the food and beverage locations in Leederville, including go-to hotspots such as WILL ST, My House Dumpling, Abacus, Duende, Zambrero, Mon, Chatime and many more.
As one of Perth’s main food and beverage hubs, the Leederville food scene is back in force, with many new establishments already opened and scheduled to open in 2022.
Already this year, there have been multiple openings such as Phat Lon, Naber, Vikka and Chatime, while a range of F&B retailers are opening their doors later in the year.
Continually working to ensure the right tenants are making their way to the Leederville strip, Michael Richardson says the recovery in the area following covid pandemic continues to be promising.
“As life continues to get back to normal, people continue to go out more, and areas which are developing and growing with new and exciting food and beverage retailers will reap the rewards,” Mr Richardson said.
"Leederville is a prime example of an established area making the right investments in the right tenants, to attract more people.
“This doesn’t seem to be slowing either, as exciting new tenants such as Mr Potato and Hermanos En Cantina are opening their doors in Leederville later in the year.”
With all this new growth in the area, existing retailers are not ready to be left in the lurch, so in an attempt to attract more clientele, renovations and remodels are going ahead left right and centre.
Boasting diverse local knowledge of the Leederville area and with their headquarters on Leederville’s Newscastle Street, Realmark Commercial continue to lead the way in the area’s retail scene. Realmark have sold, leased and manage many of the food and beverage locations in Leederville, including go-to hotspots such as WILL ST, My House Dumpling, Abacus, Duende, Zambrero, Mon, Chatime and many more.
Mr Richardson additionally stated that it’s great to see most are local, WA-based operations, (Phat Lon, Servo and Will St) who continue to excel and push WA’s food and beverage prestige to the eastern states.
“Everyone loves to support their local, but when you’re directly involved in helping a brand and see it succeed beyond their expectations gives you that much more pride as a commercial retail property consultant in putting in the hard work for them,” Mr Richardson said.
