Colliers Investment Services Manager, Shane Isaacs and joint selling agent, Rocco Demaio of SVN I Perth were appointed to sell the property at 6-12 Gordon Street, West Perth and were inundated with enquiries from interested parties.
The property consisted of a two storey, 1,256sqm office building on a 903sqm landholding sold with vacant possession reflecting a strong land rate of $3,322sqm.
