The highlight of the event was the $7.5 million transaction of the Toyota Dealership in Best Street, Devonport which achieved a yield of 5.99 per cent.
The impressive dealership has been in the Gowans family since 1969 and was fully redeveloped in 2009 to take advantage of the coveted city views.
Vendor, Adam Gowans said the family sold the business to the Tony White Group in 2020.

Elsewhere, two premium medical suites within the St John of God Granada Medical Centre at 88 Myers Street, Geelong sold under the hammer.
Lots 2 and 3 transacted for $1.4 million on a yield of 6.49 per cent. The 183 square metre asset is leased to Australian Clinical Labs and Kiddies Eye Care.
Lot 24 sold for $1.325 million, reflecting a yield of 5.97 per cent. The assets provide strong and certain income growth with fixed annual, compounding 3% increases.
An entry level Leongatha asset leased to DF Fitness Centre sold for $596,000 on a tight yield of 4.71 per cent while the former home of the iconic Christopher & Alexander’s Lighting at 146 St Kilda Road, St Kildatransacted for $1.201 million.
