Cushman & Wakefield’s Investment Sales team in Melbourne has sold a strata office floor at Level 11, 100 Collins Street and the result reflected the sharpest CBD strata office yield in 6 years.

The property was offered for the first time in 30 years and generated enormous buyer enquiry, resulting in 19 inspections so Cushman & Wakefield opted to transition the campaign from an EOI to an auction, commented Anthony Kirwan.

It was sold for $3,250,000 reflecting a 4.55% yield to a private forward-thinking owner occupier added Anthony Kirwan. 

The Cushman & Wakefield VIC strata team has sold 8 strata properties last month with a total sale value of $15,150,000.
